This User Agreement regulates the relationship between the administration of the online service PostRadar and the user of the Internet when using the service.
1. General provisions
1.1. This agreement is a public offer.
1.2. Using the website and online service means the user's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this agreement.
1.3. If the user does not agree with the terms of the agreement, they must cease using the service.
1.4. The administration of the service has the right to change the terms of the agreement without prior notice to users.

2.1. The online service PostRadar provides users with the opportunity to:
- track mail shipments by tracking numbers
- receive information about the delivery status
- use additional features of the service
2.2. The service is provided through the website and may be updated or changed.
2.3. The administration does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the service.
3. User registration
3.1. Registration may be required to access some features of the service.
3.2. The user agrees to provide accurate information during registration.
3.3. The user is responsible for the security of their login data.
3.4. The user agrees not to share access to their account with third parties.
4. Rights and obligations of the user
The user agrees to:
- use the service only for lawful purposes
- not take actions that disrupt the operation of the website
- not use automated systems for mass requests without permission
The user has the right to:
- use the service in accordance with its functionality
- contact customer support
5. Rights of the service administration
The administration of the service has the right to:
- change the functionality of the service
- temporarily restrict access to the service
- block users who violate the terms of the agreement
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. The service provides information about the status of shipments based on data from third-party postal services.
6.2. The administration of the service is not responsible for:
- the accuracy of the information provided by postal services
- delays in the delivery of shipments
- losses incurred as a result of using the service
7. Personal data
The processing of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy posted on the website.
8. Final provisions
8.1. This agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.2. All possible disputes are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
