The service was good, but I would have preferred better communication about the delivery timeline. My watch arrived a bit late, but overall I’m satisfied.

I appreciated the clear tracking updates throughout the delivery. My bag arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Definitely would use Arrow XL again.

I ordered a keyboard, and it arrived on time. The tracking was helpful, though it lagged a bit towards the end. Overall, good service from Arrow XL.
