The tracking was a bit unreliable, and I found it frustrating when it showed 'out for delivery' for two days without any updates. However, when the parcel finally arrived, I was asked to pick it up at the local post office. I wasn't sure how the process would go since I’ve had bad experiences before. To my relief, the staff were actually helpful, although I had to wait for nearly 20 minutes at the counter because it was a busy day. Overall, I’m glad it reached me, albeit with a few bumps along the way. I might just be a little cautious next time with the tracking.
