I ordered a book and it got to me quickly. There was a slight delay at the counter when picking it up, about 10 minutes. I appreciate that Bulgaria Post kept me informed through their tracking system. No complaints!

I received my headphones through Bulgaria Post, and while the tracking was quite accurate, I ended up waiting in line for over 15 minutes at the post office. The staff were helpful, but they could have had more counters open. Overall, a decent experience.

I ordered a pair of shoes and was pleasantly surprised when they delivered to my door! I thought it would be a hassle to pick them up, but Bulgaria Post did a great job. The delivery was slightly delayed, but the tracking updates were clear and accurate throughout the process.

La entrega fue lenta y el paquete llegó con retraso. Tuve que ir a la oficina de correos porque no estaban en casa cuando intentaron entregarlo. Además, el personal no fue muy amable y tardaron mucho en atenderme. No estoy muy satisfecha con el servicio.
