I ordered a beautiful ceramic vase for my mother’s birthday. It arrived via Correos Express in just three days, which was pretty quick. The packaging was decent, but the box had a small dent, even though the vase itself was unharmed. The tracking information, while it worked well, could have been a bit more detailed. Overall, it was satisfactory, though I would have liked a bit more attention to packaging next time.
Unfortunately, my birthday gift was delayed, and I had to wait an extra week. The customer support was unhelpful in providing information about the package's whereabouts.
