I ordered a gift for my sister's birthday and was really hopeful for a quick delivery. Unfortunately, it took almost 2 weeks to get here, which felt excessive for express service. The tracking was not very helpful, and at times I felt unsure if it was even on its way. When it finally arrived, the box was slightly dented, but the item itself was undamaged. I appreciate that it got here eventually, but I expected much better given the price I paid. I might try a different courier next time, considering my experience with CPEX this time around.

La entrega llegó con un poco de retraso, lo cual fue decepcionante. El pedido era un juego de herramientas y aunque llegó bien empaquetado, el tiempo de espera fue más largo de lo esperado. El seguimiento no era muy claro, así que me costó un poco saber dónde estaba mi paquete. En general, el servicio fue aceptable, pero podría mejorar en la comunicación.
