It was my first time ordering an electronic gadget online, and I chose Day One Track for its express service. The package arrived in about 6 days, which is decent, but it got stuck at customs for 3 days, making the wait a bit longer than I had hoped. The tracking worked well until it reached the border; after that, I felt unsure of where it was. Although the packaging was intact when it finally arrived, I expected a bit more transparency from the communication regarding customs. For the price I paid, I think it was acceptable, but I might look elsewhere next time if I want smoother tracking.

El paquete llegó después de 12 días, lo cual no fue ideal. Aunque el envío era desde el extranjero, el servicio al cliente fue un poco confuso cuando intenté averiguar el estado del envío. En general, no puedo quejarme mucho, pero esperaba algo mejor.
