I got my new headphones delivered from Hamburg. The parcel locker was just a short walk away, which was very convenient. The tracking was a bit confusing, but I was pleased with how quickly the package arrived. It was all intact when I picked it up. Great service!

The delivery was good but took a bit longer than expected. I received the notification slip when I wasn't home, so I had to pick it up at the post office. The staff were helpful, but I had to wait for about 15 minutes to get my package. Overall, a decent experience.
