As it was my first time ordering a large item online, I wasn't sure what to expect with the delivery. I ordered a gaming chair from a shop in Germany, and although it took 6 days to arrive, the tracking provided was quite clear and easy to follow. However, when it finally got here, the box was slightly crushed on one side, but thankfully the chair itself was unharmed. I've had more frustrating experiences in the past, so overall, I’m pleased with DPD's service. Just a bit more attention to packaging would make it perfect!
