I ordered a pair of shoes from a local store, and they arrived on time. The packaging was decent, though not very protective. Overall, quite satisfied with the service provided by DTDC.

I ordered a gift for my friend's birthday, and it was supposed to arrive in 5 days. However, it was delayed by 2 extra days due to peak season. Still, the product was well-packaged and in good condition when it finally arrived. DTDC's tracking could have been clearer, though.
