Пришла посылка с задержкой, а трекинг всё это время показывал неприменимую информацию. Я ожидала её 10 дней, а в итоге забрала на почте только на 14-й. В очереди стояла почти 20 минут, пока мне выдали посылку. Персонал был вялым, как будто никто не хотел справляться с потоком людей. Внутри всё в порядке, но сам процесс оставил неприятный осадок.
Acceptable service, but tracking was confusing.
Ordered a set of kitchen knives for my mom's birthday. I was a bit let down when the tracking information stopped updating for several days. Eventually, I received a notification slip left in my mailbox which indicated that the package was available for pickup. When I went to the post office, I had to wait about 20 minutes at the counter which felt a bit longer than expected. The staff wasn't particularly friendly, but at least everything was in good condition when I finally got the parcel. It's alright for the price, but I've had better experiences.

Долго простоил в очереди – 20 минут на выдачу. Персонал был не слишком дружелюбным, что добавило недовольства к ситуации. Радует только, что сама упаковка была в порядке, и товар не пострадал. Не знаю, нормально ли это вообще для таких почтовых служб, но опыта больше у меня нет. В следующий раз буду готов к долгому ожиданию, походу.
Package arrived later than expected, taking almost 10 days to come. I was notified by a slip left in my mailbox, which was helpful, but the waiting time at the post office was quite frustrating; it took me 20 minutes just to collect my parcel. The staff were indifferent, so it added to my annoyance. While the tracking system had some issues and stopped updating for a few days, I was just relieved to receive my new smartphone eventually. Definitely not the smoothest experience with Espeedpost, but at least it reached me in one piece.
The delivery was to a pickup point. The staff at the post office were helpful, but I had to wait a while to get my package. Overall, it was acceptable.

La entrega fue a un punto de recogida. Aunque el servicio fue aceptable, esperé mucho tiempo para recibir el paquete. La comunicación fue regular. En general, no fue lo mejor.
I received a slip in my mailbox and had to go to the post office. While the staff was helpful, I didn't appreciate the long wait. The service was okay, but I expected more.
