Delivery was on time, but the packaging was slightly damaged.

I received my order in 5 days, which was within the estimated time. The package contained a lovely handmade vase I ordered from Germany. It arrived in good condition, but I noticed there was just a bit of a crush on one corner of the box. The tracking feature on the Expeditors website was pretty reliable; I had a clear idea of where my package was during transit. Overall, I'm pleased with the service and would use it again.

I ordered a set of ceramic mugs for my grandmother. They arrived on time, and overall I’m pleased. Just a minor issue with the tracking updates, which stopped for a bit. Still, everything was intact and she loved them.
