It finally arrived from Germany, but I was a bit anxious about the tracking updates, it wasn't very clear. I wasn't sure if I'd get it on time or not. For the price I paid, I expected a quicker process, but overall, it was acceptable.

Given the delays I faced, I'm not so sure if I would recommend IDS Germany for more urgent orders. It might work well for non-urgent deliveries, but that's just my impression.

Recibí un juguete para mi sobrino que pedí desde Alemania. El paquete llegó en un estado aceptable, aunque la entrega tardó un poco más de lo esperado, casi 2 semanas. El seguimiento fue confuso y no entendía bien dónde estaba el paquete. Afortunadamente, llegó a tiempo para su cumpleaños, aunque no sé si volveré a pedir por esta misma empresa.
