Mostly good. I received my order of a new Bluetooth speaker from Germany. The delivery took about 5 days, which was decent, although I expected it a bit faster. The package arrived in good condition, just a slight dent in the box, but it didn't affect the item. IMEX Global Solutions kept me updated through tracking notifications, which I appreciated. Overall, it met my needs, just a minor hold-up in speed.
