Surprisingly fast delivery. Everything arrived in good condition, but tracking wasn’t very clear at times.
I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order arrived from a warehouse in Dubai. I ordered a beautiful set of kitchen gadgets that I needed for a family gathering. J&T Express UAE delivered it in just three days, which was fantastic! The package arrived in excellent condition, with all items intact and neatly packed, but the tracking updates were a bit lagging, making me anxious at times. Nevertheless, when I contacted their support to ask about my package, they responded quickly and assured me it was on its way. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the service and the quality of my order. Will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases!

Hice un pedido de un set de herramientas desde un almacén local, y aunque llegó un poco más tarde de lo esperado, el paquete llegó en perfecto estado. La comunicación con el soporte fue buena y me mantuvieron informada durante el proceso. En general, estoy satisfecha con el servicio de J&T Express UAE, aunque me gustaría que mejoraran la velocidad de entrega en futuras ocasiones.
