The delivery was frustrating. I missed the courier at home, so I had to drive to the post office to collect my parcel. The wait was long, as there were only a couple of staff members handling many customers. Very disappointing service.

I was really disappointed with the service. My package took way too long to arrive. After waiting a week, I checked the tracking, and it showed no updates for days. I had to go to the post office to ask about it, and they mentioned it got stuck somewhere. Not a great experience overall.

I was pleasantly surprised when they delivered my package directly to my door. I had expected to pick it up from the post office, but this was much easier. The delivery man was polite and friendly, which made the experience even better.

Recibí mi paquete después de 5 días. La notificación llegó puntualmente. El personal fue servicial en la oficina de correos. Estoy satisfecho con el servicio.
