Mostly good experience. I ordered a beautiful ceramic vase from Poland, and it arrived fairly quickly, in about 5 days. They packed it well, with bubble wrap and cardboard, but the box had a small crush on one corner. Tracking worked well, providing clear updates throughout the journey. I especially appreciated the email notifications. While I had a minor issue with the packaging, the vase itself was intact, which is what mattered most. I'd probably choose Mondial Relay again for future orders, they generally do a good job delivering on time and with care.
