Mostly good, but there were some delays in tracking updates. My package, a beautiful set of wine glasses, took a bit longer to arrive than expected. It was shipped from Germany and finally reached me after about 6 days. The glasses were well-packed and arrived in perfect condition. Just wish the tracking had been clearer — I wasn't sure where it was for a couple of days.
