Quick delivery, but packaging could be better. I ordered a special gift for my mother, and while the parcel arrived within 2 days, the box was slightly crushed at one corner. It was not a huge deal, but I expected it to be in perfect condition. Tracking was straightforward, and I was constantly updated about its location. In the end, it was a happy experience, just wish the packaging had been a bit sturdier.
