I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order arrived. It took just three days to reach me. Packaging was intact, though a bit simple. Overall, I'm quite happy with the service.
Unfortunately, tracking updates were a bit confusing during my delivery. I ordered a set of custom kitchen knives, and they were delivered after 5 days, which is decent. However, I faced some issues understanding where my package was at one point. The delivery itself was smooth, and the packaging kept the knives secure, with no visible damage. Overall, RL Carriers did a good job, but they could improve on tracking clarity for the customer.
Ordered a book, and it got here in about 4 days. The packaging was decent, though not perfect. Otherwise, I'm happy with the overall experience.
Volveré a usarlo.
Everything went well with my delivery of a laptop case. It arrived on time and the tracking was clear throughout. I would recommend RL Carriers for their reliability.
The delivery took a bit longer than expected, about 10 days, likely due to the holiday season. The packaging was slightly damaged, but the item itself was fine. Overall, an acceptable experience.
