My order came in a reasonable timeframe, but I had to go to the post office to pick it up. The tracking information had a big lag, making it hard to know when to expect it. When I got there, the staff was helpful, but the wait was longer than I wanted. Overall, it’s just acceptable.

I was a bit disappointed. The tracking showed wrong status for a few days, and I didn't know when to expect my parcel. When I finally went to collect it, the queue was long, and it took over 20 minutes to get my package. Just average service.
