Ordered a gift for my mom but it was delayed by 5 days at customs. Not what I expected for express delivery. Overall, the package arrived in good condition at least.
I was quite surprised by the delay in receiving my order of a new smartwatch, especially since Tarrive promised a speedy delivery. Initially, it was scheduled to arrive within 6 days, but I found myself waiting for nearly 9 days. I appreciated their customer service; I reached out to them for an update, and they were helpful in providing me with the status of my package. Luckily, the product itself arrived in perfect condition, although I did expect better timing, especially since the holiday rush is common around this time. I guess delays are somewhat normal given the season, but I wasn’t entirely thrilled with the wait. Looking back, though, their tracking system was easy to use, which eased my worry a bit. It’s still a good service overall, just could have been improved with faster delivery.
