My order for a birthday gift for my friend took 5 days to arrive, which was fine considering the holiday season. The packaging was secure, and I appreciated the detailed tracking updates from TIPSA. I had a small hiccup with support when I asked about the delivery, but they resolved it quickly. Overall, I'm pleased with the service.
