I ordered a pair of shoes from Turkey, and while the delivery process took about a week, I faced issues with tracking. The status was unclear for several days, and I wasn't sure where my parcel was. I eventually received a notification slip left at my door. When I went to pick it up from the post office, the staff was reasonably helpful, although I had to wait around 15 minutes to get my package. Overall, I appreciated the service, but the tracking could definitely improve.
