The package arrived late.
Average experience. My order of a smartwatch took almost two weeks to arrive, which was longer than expected. It came from a warehouse in Germany, so maybe that's why. The tracking wasn't very clear; I kept checking but there were delays that weren't explained. The package arrived in good shape, but I was left wondering about its journey. Not sure I'll choose this service next time. No real issues, but it could have been better.
