Received my headphones quickly and the packaging was intact. YTO Express did a commendable job overall, but tracking could improve.

The delivery of my new keyboard was smooth. It arrived in good time, but I had to pay customs duties which I wasn’t expecting. It would be better if that was clarified beforehand.

Disappointed with the delivery of my jacket. It took two weeks, and the tracking info was poor. I thought I would have it sooner.

I ordered a watch through YTO Express, and it arrived in about 5 days from China. The box was slightly damaged, but it was well protected inside. The tracking worked fairly well, but had moments of confusion. I was a bit worried at times, but the watch was in perfect condition. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the service.

Unhappy with the delivery speed of my vitamins. They were supposed to arrive in a week but took longer. Support was not very helpful either.
