Mixed experience. I ordered a gaming headset, and it took almost two weeks to arrive. Tracking updates were unclear for several days, which made me anxious about my order. However, the product was in perfect condition once it finally arrived. It was frustrating at times, but in the end, I got what I needed from Bai Zhou Huo Yun.
