Это была моя первая попытка воспользоваться услугами DPD-Ру, и в целом я осталась довольна. Заказывала неподъемный диван из другой части страны, и он дошёл за 6 дней. Однако коробка пришла немного помятой. Трекинг работал без сбоев, услуги службы поддержки тоже оказались полезны, когда возникли вопросы. Я ждал два дня дополнительных обновлений, но в итоге всё разрешилось.
Доставка пришла даже быстрее, чем ожидала. Курьер был вежливым. Немного портится упаковка, но в целом всё нормально.

I ordered a set of kitchen tools for my mom's birthday from a site that ships from China. It took longer than expected, arriving 10 days later instead of the 5 they initially promised. The tracking was quite confusing too; it just stopped updating for a few days. The tools were nice, but the wait and lack of communication really took away from the experience. If the service could improve their tracking system, it would make a big difference.
I chose DPD-CZ for my first online order, expecting good service based on reviews. The package arrived fairly quickly, but it took almost 5 days, which felt a bit long compared to my experiences with other couriers. The tracking was somewhat unclear; I couldn't see when it would actually arrive. The box was in good condition, so at least there were no issues there. For the price I paid, I think it should have been a bit faster, but it wasn’t a disaster either.
Время доставки не устроило. Заказывал новый ноутбук из Москвы, а ждал его почти 2 недели – задержка на таможне без объяснений. Упаковка пришла в хорошем состоянии, но это не слишком радует, когда так долго ждёшь. Треккинг работал не очень удобно — информация вас сильно запутывалась. Учитывая стоимость доставки, надеялся на более быструю работу. Ну, 2023 год есть 2023 год, чего ждать...
This was my first time using Giao Hàng Nhanh, and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a beautiful handmade wooden watch from a seller in Hồ Chí Minh City. It arrived in just 3 days, which is pretty quick compared to my previous online shopping experiences. The packaging was decent, but the box had a slight dent on one side. I expected more, but since it wasn't major, I didn't mind too much. The tracking system worked well and provided updates along the way. Overall, it was a positive experience despite the small packaging issue.
Заказывал кружки с веселыми рисунками для себя и друга. Привезли быстро, но упаковка была немного помята на углах. Может, не повредило бы добавить еще один слой защиты. Доставили из другого города за 5 дней. В целом, доволен, но некоторые детали надо улучшить.

I ordered a set of kitchen knives and used Hong Kong Post for the first time. The package arrived from China after about 10 days, which I thought was reasonable. However, I received a notification slip left at my home, which meant I had to go to the post office to pick it up. The staff there were a bit grumpy, and I had to wait about 15 minutes at the counter. The tracking didn’t give clear updates, but overall, the experience was better than I expected, although it could use some improvement.
