I decided to try PPL CZ for the first time after hearing good things from friends. My package arrived from Prague in just 2 days, which was impressive. The tracking updates were clear, but I had some confusion about the last status update. The box was intact upon arrival, so that was a relief. Overall, it's a good service, though I think their tracking could improve a bit.
I was pleasantly surprised when my package arrived two days earlier than expected. It came through PostNL International 3S, and I wasn't home at the time, so I found a notification slip left in my mailbox. The tracking was a bit off, though, as it showed incorrect status updates for several days. Still, the overall service was good, and the parcel was intact when I picked it up from the post office. The staff there were quite helpful, which made the delivery experience much better.
Keychain arrived quickly.
I ordered a gift for my mother, and although it arrived in decent time, there was a slight delay with customs. The packaging was fine, but the tracking updates were confusing. Not what I expected from a service like EBO.
The delivery took a bit longer than expected, arriving after 5 days. I ordered a set of kitchen utensils from their site, and while the packaging was intact, I had hoped for a quicker arrival. The tracking service was rather clear, so I could follow where my package was, which was a plus. Overall, a decent experience for the price paid.
