Mixed feelings about my recent order. I received a set of winter gloves from China, but it took about 12 days to arrive, which is longer than I expected for international shipping. Tracking was a bit confusing, as updates stopped for a couple of days. Packaging was acceptable, but I worry it could have been better for something delicate. For the price I paid, I suppose I shouldn't complain too much, even though I’ve had faster deliveries before.

Доставка пришла быстрее, чем я ожидал, всего за 5 дней с московского склада. Упаковка была в порядке, хоть и коробка была немного помята, но сам агрегат остался целым. Обратная связь от службы поддержки была достаточно быстрая, ответили на все вопросы. В целом, впечатление положительное, надеюсь, что в будущем получится так же.
This was my first experience with Israel Post for an international package, and it went fairly well. I received a notification slip when delivery wasn't successful, so I went to pick it up myself. The wait at the post office was about 20 minutes — not too bad considering the crowds. The staff were somewhat grumpy, which took away from the experience a bit. Tracking had some delays, but eventually, I found out where my parcel was. Overall, I liked the service, but the attitude of the employees could use some improvement.
I decided to try DHL NL for the first time after hearing good things from friends. My order was a set of glass dinnerware that I really wanted to have before a family gathering. It arrived from Germany in about 5 days, which was decent. The packaging was a bit damaged, but luckily nothing was broken inside. I appreciated how clear the tracking updates were throughout the process; it made me feel more assured about my delivery. Overall, quite happy with the service, just wish the packaging could have been better prepared.

I ordered a new camera for my mother’s birthday, hoping it would arrive in time from China. While the item itself is fantastic, I was frustrated by the long delivery time, as it took almost two weeks to reach me. The tracking was a bit confusing; I wasn't sure where it was for days at a time. The box arrived dented but thankfully the camera was undamaged. Overall, for the price, I expected faster service, especially since I needed it quickly.

The package itself was in good shape at least, so that was a relief. Overall, it was an average experience with Eyou Post, just a couple of bumps along the way. Maybe next time the tracking will be more reliable.

Трек номер не отображался корректно, и я долго не знала, когда моё колье из Китая приедет. Ожидала доставку 8 дней, а в итоге оно пришло только на 12-й. Упаковка была целой, но такое ожидание — неприятно. Все же за такую цену хотелось бы лучшего сервиса. Непонятно, в чём дело.
