Заказывала кресло с сайта, удивилась, что оно пришло довольно быстро за 5 дней. Привезли без учета мелких повреждений упаковки, но само кресло оказалось в идеальном состоянии. Трекинг работал, информация обновлялась, но иногда задерживалась. Из-за отдыха на праздниках был настроена на долгую ожидание, но получилось довольно быстро. В общем, впечатления положительные!
Good experience overall with StarTrack. My package arrived a day later than expected, but the packaging was excellent and intact. The tracking feature updated smoothly throughout, which was reassuring. Customer support was not very responsive, but it worked out fine in the end. I ordered a new camera from Sydney, and I was pleased with its condition on arrival.

The package I ordered arrived a day later than expected, which was a bit disappointing. However, the item was in good condition and nicely packed. I had some confusion with the tracking information, as it wasn't very clear for a while. Nonetheless, it finally showed up. For the price, the delivery service was overall satisfactory, and I’ll probably use Cubyn again next time.

Заказывал впервые, ожидал немного дольше. Доставили за 5 дней, упаковка целая, но трек номер обновлялся нечасто. Для первого заказа в принципе нормально.
As it was my first time ordering a large item online, I wasn't sure what to expect with the delivery. I ordered a gaming chair from a shop in Germany, and although it took 6 days to arrive, the tracking provided was quite clear and easy to follow. However, when it finally got here, the box was slightly crushed on one side, but thankfully the chair itself was unharmed. I've had more frustrating experiences in the past, so overall, I’m pleased with DPD's service. Just a bit more attention to packaging would make it perfect!
