I ordered vitamins and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they arrived—only three days! The tracking updates were helpful, and everything was packaged nicely. I will definitely order from Ecom Express again. I appreciate their efficiency, especially since I needed the vitamins soon.

Ordered a charger that arrived in acceptable time, but it was stuck at customs for a few days. The delivery process itself was straightforward, but I wish there were better updates about its progress. Overall, not bad.

I ordered a screwdriver set that came from Vancouver. It took about a week to get to me, which is okay, but the tracking information wasn’t very helpful. The package was in good shape upon arrival, but I feel they could do better with how they communicate updates. All in all, it was an average experience.

I recently ordered a book from an online store, and Pilot delivered it quickly—just three days! The package was in perfect condition. I was surprised at how fast it got here from the other side of the country. Overall, I’m very pleased with their service and will use them again for future orders.
