Recibí un teclado que pedí desde Europa. El envío tardó casi tres semanas, lo cual fue frustrante. La comunicación con el servicio al cliente no fue muy clara cuando consulté sobre el estado del envío. Sin embargo, el paquete llegó sin daños y el teclado funciona perfectamente. Debo decir que a veces me da miedo pedir online, pero esta vez fue aceptable. Tal vez sólo me tocaron retrasos, especialmente por la temporada.
