I received a book I ordered, but it took about 10 days to arrive. The tracking was somewhat unclear, as it felt like it hadn't updated in a while. The packaging was fine when it arrived, but the delay made me reconsider using CPEX again. I suppose it could have been worse, but I was expecting a faster service.
The headphones I ordered arrived faster than expected, within just 48 hours. They were well-packaged, so there was no damage. I did experience a brief delay in tracking updates, but aside from that, everything went smoothly. I’ll definitely consider Intelcom for future deliveries.
I received vitamins I ordered and the delivery time was quite acceptable. The parcel came with no damage, and I appreciated the tracking updates along the way. For the price, I'm happy with how everything went.
I ordered a watch which came after 9 days. The tracking was pretty confusing, and I didn't receive much communication about my package's status during transit.
Everything was fine, no issues.
