Decent service, but I had some trouble with tracking. My package from a warehouse in China arrived after nearly two weeks, which felt longer than expected. The box was slightly damaged upon arrival, but everything inside was intact. I reached out to customer support, but the responses were slow and not very helpful. I guess I was expecting better for the price I paid, considering other options deliver faster.
The package arrived in about 3 days, which is quite acceptable for local delivery. I ordered a set of cooking utensils from a seller in Delhi. The utensils were well-packaged, but the box had minor damage. Overall, I had a smooth experience using First Flight, and the tracking updates were clear the entire time. Definitely a reliable service.

Parcel arrived on the fourth day after placing the order, which was fairly close to the estimated delivery time. I ordered a stylish new jacket from an online store in Italy, and I was quite relieved to see that the package was intact upon arrival, without any visible damage. The tracking was a bit slow to update, which made me a bit anxious, but overall, the delivery process went smoothly. Communication from FAN Courier was decent, but I wished there had been more updates. All in all, considering the holiday season delays, the service was satisfactory, and I will certainly consider using them again for future orders. Being able to wear my new jacket just in time for the winter chill was a nice surprise. No major complaints, just some minor hiccups with tracking.
