I ordered a bag online, and it arrived safely after about 5 days. The packaging was sufficient, nothing was damaged. The tracking system was a bit confusing, though; it stopped updating halfway through. Despite these small issues, I was pleased with the service overall.

Everything went well, the delivery was on time and the driver was very polite. I had no issues with the packaging or tracking. Would use again!
Received a charger for my phone in 4 days. Packaging was a bit damaged, but everything inside was fine. The communication from Qxpress was good, though an update on the delay would have been appreciated. Overall, I'm satisfied.
