Delivery was acceptable, but it took longer than anticipated. I ordered a mouse, and it arrived after 10 days. The tracking system was pretty confusing, though. Overall, not the best experience.
The delivery took longer than expected. It was supposed to arrive in 5 days, but I waited 8 days. The tracking was unclear at times, which made it frustrating. Overall, the service was decent but could improve on the tracking system.
Everything was delivered well. No issues.
I faced some delays in tracking updates which was frustrating. The delivery took 5 days instead of 3. The item was fine, but I expected better communication.
I ordered a toy for my nephew, which arrived after 10 days. The delivery was acceptable, but the package arrived with a small dent. The tracking was just okay; I wished I had clearer info on when to expect it. Overall, a decent experience, but not the best.
I received a birthday gift for my grandmother through Intelcom. It got to her house within 4 days, which is great. The package was slightly damaged on the corner, but luckily, the gift inside was fine. I was a bit worried about whether it would arrive on time, but they delivered as promised. Overall, a solid experience!
