The jacket I ordered came in good shape. It took about 12 days to arrive, which wasn’t too bad considering it came from China. However, I was hoping for better tracking updates. It was a bit frustrating not knowing where my package was for several days. All in all, it’s okay, but I think they could improve their communication.

The service was good overall. I picked up my order at the post office, and although there was a bit of a queue, the staff were quite helpful. The parcel arrived in good condition and on time.
