I ordered a pair of shoes from Turkey, and while the delivery process took about a week, I faced issues with tracking. The status was unclear for several days, and I wasn't sure where my parcel was. I eventually received a notification slip left at my door. When I went to pick it up from the post office, the staff was reasonably helpful, although I had to wait around 15 minutes to get my package. Overall, I appreciated the service, but the tracking could definitely improve.
I ordered a bag and it arrived after about 10 days. The delivery was okay, but there were some issues with tracking — it didn't update for 3 days. Overall, it's decent but could use some improvement.
My package with a book arrived after almost two weeks. I was surprised at how long it took, although I understand the delays could be due to the season. The box was unharmed, but the tracking system was a bit unclear. I had to check multiple times to see where my package was. In the end, it all worked out, but the experience lacked that smoothness I expected.
Ordered a charger, and it came right on time. The packaging was good, no complaints here!
Привезли мне косметику из Китая. Заказ пришёл за 5 дней, упаковка была целой, но не очень аккуратной. В целом, я довольна, но надеялась на немного лучшую упаковку.
I ordered a set of headphones and they arrived sooner than expected. The package was well-protected, and everything was exactly as described. GLS made the process straightforward and hassle-free.
The delivery of my jacket was fast, about 5 days. However, I had trouble getting clear updates on the tracking status, which was frustrating. For the price, I think it's acceptable overall.
My new pair of shoes arrived in just 4 days, shipped directly from China. The box was in great shape, and the shoes fit perfectly. The tracking was straightforward, and I had no issues with the delivery. I'm very happy with Yanwen's service and will definitely order again.
Delivery took a long time and tracking was unclear. I had to go pick it up myself, which is frustrating. Expect better next time.
El envío de mi conjunto de herramientas fue rápido y sin problemas. Llego en 3 días y bien empaquetado. Estoy satisfecha con DHL.
