The tracking was not very helpful, and at times I felt unsure if it was even on its way. When it finally arrived, the box was slightly dented, but the item itself was undamaged. I appreciate that it got here eventually, but I expected much better given the price I paid. I might try a different courier next time, considering my experience with CPEX this time around.
