The delivery was timely, but the package was slightly damaged upon arrival. Overall, it was a good experience, but I expected better packaging from XDP Express. I would still use their service again for the convenience.

I was waiting for my new bag from a seller in China. It took around 11 days to arrive, which is not too bad. The tracking was a bit confusing and didn’t update frequently. The bag was packed nicely, though, so I’m happy with that. Overall, I would say the service is just okay; I’ve had faster deliveries before.

I ordered some vitamins and had a frustrating experience. The tracking was unclear and showed the wrong status for about three days. When I finally went to pick it up at the post office, I was told it was delayed. I expected better service.

I ordered a new laptop from a store in Germany, and it arrived in just 5 days. The packaging was excellent, no damage at all. Tracking worked well; I received notifications every step of the way. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the process was. GLS Romania really exceeded my expectations this time.

Получила посылку с инструментами, но доставка заняла 10 дней. Поддержка не смогла объяснить задержку. В следующий раз, возможно, выберу другой сервис.
