The package was in decent condition, but the tracking updates were confusing and often stopped updating entirely. I reached out to customer support, but they didn't provide much help, just generic answers. Overall, considering the price, it met my needs, but I hope they improve the tracking process in the future.

Если бы не работа сотрудников, которые с улыбкой помогали клиентам, ожидание могло бы быть ещё более неприятным. Но в целом процесс был довольно простым, неплохо для Почты России.
