Okay service. Not impressed.
Заказывала игрушки для племянника из Польши, пришло за 7 дней. Упаковка была чуть повреждена, но сам товар целый. Отслеживание задерживалось, но поддержка помогла разобраться. В целом, нормально, но хотелось бы лучше.
Disappointed with the delivery of my jacket. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive from Canada, and the tracking wasn't updated for a few days. When it finally got here, the box was slightly crushed. Not a great experience this time.
The package arrived at the post office, but the tracking was not useful at all. I waited 15 minutes at the counter to get my item. Overall, I would rate it as average.
