I was left a notification slip, so I had to go get my package myself. The post office was okay, but the employee seemed a bit grumpy. The tracking didn’t help me much either. It’s a reasonable service overall.
I was pleasantly surprised when my parcel was delivered to my door, which rarely happens. The package was in good condition too. Thank you, Croatia Post!
I ordered a phone charger and had to pick it up from the local post office. The tracking was confusing and showed 'out for delivery' for several days. When I finally went to collect it, the staff were helpful, but I had to wait quite a while at the counter. Overall, it was an okay experience, but the tracking definitely needs improvement.
The delivery took too long for my liking. Ordered a charger and it was delayed by four days. I expected better service, but the product was fine when it finally arrived.
The delivery of my mouse was delayed due to customs issues. It took over two weeks to arrive, and the support wasn't very helpful when I asked about the delay. I expected better service.
