The delivery of my jacket was good, but it took longer than I expected. The box wasn't in great shape, but the jacket was unharmed. I think they could improve on tracking updates as well.

Recibí un regalo para mi madre a tiempo y la calidad del servicio fue excelente. La entrega se realizó en 3 días y el paquete llegó perfectamente. Definitivamente volveré a usar STO Express.
Overall, I had a positive experience with my delivery of a mouse. However, I was a bit disappointed with the delay of 3 days at customs, which is not something I'm used to. Packaging was fine, but tracking could have been better.
