Служба Boxberry уведомила о доставке, и трекинг работал хорошо. В целом, неплохо, но хотелось бы лучше беречь товар.

Mixed experience. I ordered a set of Bluetooth headphones from a store in Germany, and they arrived in about a week, which was decent. However, the tracking was really confusing; it showed various statuses without clear updates. I wasn't sure where my package was for a few days, and I called support, but they didn't provide a good explanation. For the price, I expected a smoother process, but at least the headphones were fine when they arrived.
Quick delivery, but packaging was slightly damaged. I ordered a set of ceramic mugs from a supplier in the UK and they arrived in just 3 days. Unfortunately, the box was a bit crushed, though the mugs were safe inside. It was nice to be updated through tracking, but at times it was slow to show progress. Overall, I’m pleased with the service, especially since it was the holiday season.
