Overall, pretty good service. I ordered a unique ceramic vase from a seller in China, which arrived in seven days. The tracking was reliable most of the time, although there were a few moments when the status wasn't updating clearly. The packaging was intact, but I expected a bit more cushioning since it's fragile. For the price I paid, the delivery time was acceptable, so I feel it's worth considering for future orders.

Упаковка была в порядке, но слегка помята с одного края. Отслеживалось все достаточно корректно, но в самом конце информации не хватало — 2 дня не было обновлений о местонахождении. В целом, учитывая расстояние, считаю приемлемым срок доставки. Удивлён, что холодильник не сильно пострадал при пересылке.
Заказывала отцу набор инструментов с сайта, и мне понравилась работа Boxberry. Доставка заняла 5 дней, что для такой посылки вполне нормально. Коробка пришла в неплохом состоянии, лишь слегка помята с одной стороны. Но самое неприятное, что трекинг не всегда работал корректно, и я не могла понять, где находится посылка в один из дней. Несмотря на это, в целом осталась довольна, особенно учитывая, что доставка была из другого города.
I ordered a set of kitchen knives as a gift for my brother’s birthday, excited to surprise him. The package came from a local store in Beijing, but unfortunately, the delivery took almost a week. It was supposed to arrive within 3 days, but there were some delays, which I suspect was due to the weekend. The tracking updates were somewhat confusing, as they stopped updating for a couple of days, leaving me uncertain about its whereabouts. When it finally arrived, the packaging was intact, so I appreciated that. Overall, while the delay was disappointing, the quality of the product was good and my brother was happy. Just wish there was better communication throughout the process.

Ordered a smartwatch from a Chinese store, and it took about 6 days to arrive, which was pretty good considering the distance. The tracking system worked well for the most part, giving regular updates. However, I felt it lagged a bit on the last day; the final status was confusing. The packaging was decent, but a bit crumpled. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the service, especially since it was delivered during the holiday season.
