The delivery experience was average. I ordered a set of headphones and received a notification that it was ready for pickup at the post office. However, the tracking was lagging behind, and I had no idea when to expect it. Upon arriving, I encountered some long wait times, but the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a decent experience but not without its issues.
Delivery was slower than expected, it took almost two weeks. The tracking updates were not very clear. Overall, the package arrived intact, but I was hoping for better speed.
The delivery was slow and took almost two weeks to arrive. The tracking information was a bit confusing, but at least the package was intact when it arrived. I expected better speed for an express service.
Ordered a watch for my brother. It arrived in about 4 days and the tracking worked perfectly. I would definitely use Estafeta USA again for future deliveries.
The delivery process was smooth but I had to contact support once for some tracking questions. They were very helpful. Overall, a good experience.
The headphones I bought were delivered in good timing, just a few days. The packaging was decent, although it could have been more secure. Still, I'm pleased with the service.
My delivery of a watch was surprisingly fast. Arrived in just 2 days, and the communication on tracking was great. Pretty happy with that.
