I had ordered a t-shirt that was supposed to be a gift for my friend. The delivery was scheduled for 5 days, but it ended up taking 10 days. The box was a bit crushed on arrival, but thankfully, the shirt was undamaged. It was a bit disappointing for a birthday gift, to be honest. I really thought HP Express would do better.

Delivery was a disappointment. I wasn't at home when they arrived, so I had to go pick it up myself. The notification slip they left was confusing, and I had to wait another 25 minutes at the post office to get my parcel.
